If you're anything like us, you love a good peach cobbler - year round! We love it topped with ice cream in the summer, but what about when the summer is over? I don't know about you, but something about the crisp fall evenings only makes me want to dig into some warm peach cobbler again! Here are 4 easy steps for freezing our peaches for use when the season is over:

Step 1:

Peel and slice your peach and place in a large bowl (skin-on optional).

Step 2:

Toss your peaches in fresh lemon juice.

- 1 TBS of lemon juice for 1 LB of peaches

Step 3:

Place peaches spread out on a baking sheet and let sit in freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 4:

Transfer your frozen peaches to a reusable baggie, let out as much air as possible, and seal.

oops! forgot about step 5

Step 5:

Enjoy those peaches year round! ;)
